W3U's Reseller Program
What is W3U's Reseller Program? The idea of the reseller program is to allow companies interested in Value-Reselling our Internet Presence Services to have a discounted rate for Virtual Domain accounts:

For clarity, this page will use the following terms: The First Party will refer to W3U and our server, the Second Party is the Value-Added Reseller. The Second party wants to resell W3U's space to the Third Party.
The Second Party may identify the First Party to Third Party at their discretion. Steps have been taken to ensure that no Telnet or FTP prompts, e-mail headers, etc. show W3U's or our server's name or location. Second Party is responsible for Third Party customer support to the extent specified in the Second Party's contract with the First Party. The First Party does not guarantee that the Third Party is shielded from the First party. On certain occasions it may be necessary for the First party to e-mail all Server residents directly, such as in Server system difficulties, and W3U is not responsible for such action. Two other methods of finding the First party are unavoidable - a Traceroute or Nslookup of any customers' I.P. address or Domain Name.
How Virtual is W3U's Reseller Program?
All Virtual Domain customers of W3U will Telnet, FTP, Browse, and send & receive E-mail thru their account's Domain Name. Thus, this allows for a complete Virtual presence on the Web. This also allows the Second Party to claim the Server as their own and charge whatever price they wish to the Third Party. W3U does not have any regulations on such pricing. What about billing? All contracts for Third Party accounts are between W3U and the Reseller. All accounts for the particular quarter, will be combined in the same invoice.
How do I order resold accounts?
Just use W3U's standard order form. Appropriate credits will be applied to your account by our accounting department. My customer wants a Non-Virtual Domain , what's my cost then?
That's between you and your customer. You simply create their non-virtual domain as a subdirectory of your virtual domain (e.g. http://www.YourDomainName.com/TheirDirectory/). This does not concern W3U, as this is considered "filling your Space as you like". The only time Reselling is involved is when the Third Party needs a Virtual Domain, and thus a separate I.P. number must be allocated.
